Alberta: Knife nick led to man's death
National PostEDMONTON - An Edmonton woman has been charged with manslaughter in the case of a man who died of flesh-eating disease several days after being nicked by a knife in a scuffle. Brian Anderson, 47, died on Friday of necrotizing fasciitis. On Feb. 24, he allegedly received a seven-centimetre-long cut on his upper left arm when a knife-wielding woman intervened to stop a fight between him and another man. Rosalyn Anne Bayliss, 54, is charged with manslaughter.
