Justice of the peace faces four charges

Halifax -- A Halifax justice of the peace is one of two women facing charges after a lengthy investigation that included a search of a courthouse.

RCMP released few details of the case last night, saying only that a justice of the peace will be arraigned on two charges of breach of trust and two counts of obstruction of justice.

A second woman faces two charges of obstruction of justice.
