VANCOUVER - The father of a baby who miraculously survived a fall from a bridge will appear before a judge next week for punishment after being found in contempt of court. Kjeld Werbes, 54, a securities lawyer, was found in contempt for failing to obey an order to sell his Ferrari to make support payments to his former wife, Nadia Hama, 38. Their daughter, Kaya, fell off the Capilano Suspension Bridge while being carried by her mother.
