Ontario: Student stabbed at schoolNational Post
OTTAWA - A 17-year-old youth is in hospital recovering from a stab wound following a fight at an Ottawa high school yesterday. Police say a girl, whose identity is protected under the Young Offenders Act, was arrested at the scene. Her age is not known and police have no motive. The male student was treated for non-life threatening injuries. Joe Mullally, principal at St. Patrick's high school, called it "a verbal dispute which escalated to violence."
